We ask new patients to fill in a medical history form when they visit the clinic to ensure our dentists have the necessary information needed to provide you with the quality care and advice you deserve. You can also opt to download, print and fill in the form at home, before bringing it to Aberdeen Dental Care clinic on appointment day if that’s more convenient.

Children’s dental fees may also be fully or partly covered under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. The federally-funded Medicare scheme provides up to $1000 for an eligible child over two successive years for basic dental services including dental checks, fillings and X-rays. Children from 0 to 17 years old during that calendar year can access the funding if they meet the eligibility criteria.
